Issued on June 9, 2020 prescribes the updated policy and revised checklist of documentary requirements on business registration and other types of applications with the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
The requirements for registering a new business with the BIR have been streamlined by REMOVING the MAYOR'S PERMIT as one of the mandatory requirements.
